Return Policy

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before shipment has been arranged or before production has begun.
If the cancellation is accepted before the order is dispatched, the total payment amount will be returned to the original payment method.
Once an order has already been shipped, it will no longer qualify for cancellation.

Returns
Return requests may be submitted within 14 days after the package has been delivered.
To be eligible for return processing, the following conditions must be met:

The item must not have been used and must remain in its original condition.
The original product packaging must be included with the return.
A valid purchase receipt or order confirmation must be provided.

Please contact customer support before sending any product back. Return instructions must be issued first and followed correctly.
Customers will not be charged more than one shipping fee in total, which may include the initial shipping cost and return shipping cost where applicable.
Returned items will not be subject to restocking fees.

Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and reviewed, an email will be sent to confirm that the return has been processed.
You will also be notified whether the refund request has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method, usually within several business days depending on the payment provider.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If the refund has not appeared yet:

Please review your bank account again.
Contact your card provider, as refunds may require several days to post.
Reach out to your bank, since processing times may differ.

Return Shipping
After the return request is approved, detailed return instructions will be provided.
For returns requested due to personal reasons or customer preference, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
For damaged products, defective items, or incorrect shipments, return shipping costs will be covered.
