Processing Time

Most orders are prepared, packed, and sent out within five business days after the order has been successfully confirmed.

Once the shipment has been released, delivery normally takes around 10–20 business days, depending on the destination country and the shipping carrier handling the package.

Estimated transit times may sometimes be affected by:

• customs review or clearance procedures

• delays caused by the delivery carrier

• severe weather, transportation issues, or other logistics-related disruptions

After your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent automatically.

Every order is shipped with a flat international shipping charge of $2.99 USD.

Delivery Coverage

Worldwide international delivery is currently available.

If carrier restrictions or logistics limitations prevent us from shipping to a specific location, we will notify you as soon as possible and help arrange a suitable alternative.

Updating Delivery Information

Requests to change the shipping address must be submitted before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the same day the order is placed.

After this cutoff time, the order may already be under processing, and address updates may no longer be available.

Different Billing & Shipping Addresses

Customers may enter a shipping address that is different from the billing address used during payment.

Order Fulfillment Schedule

Orders are handled on business days only, from Monday through Friday, excluding official public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends are usually handled on the next available business day.

Warehouse & Manufacturing Fulfillment

Depending on inventory availability, products may be shipped from regional stock centers.

Some items may also be produced and shipped directly from manufacturing locations in the United States, Canada, or Australia, depending on inventory assignment and logistics planning.
